1-1-1 Cake

For the 1-1-1 cake, preheat the oven to 160 °C, line a baking pan with baking paper.

Beat the butter with the sugar and the vanilla pulp, add the eggs one by one.

Then fold in the flour and mix in the milk, as well as the raspberries and chocolate.

Pour the mixture into the baking pan and bake at 160 °C for about 40 to 50 minutes.

When the 1-1-1 cake is ready (pin prick test), let it cool a bit and cut it into equal-sized pieces.

Preparation Tip:

What is a pin prick? Insert a needle, toothpick or wooden skewer into the cake and pull it out again. If some soft raw dough still sticks to the needle, the cake needs to bake a bit more, if the needle is clean, the 1-1-1 cake is ready.
