Instructions:

Wash and dry lettuce and spinach. Wash radishes and cut into fine slices.

For the dressing, put all ingredients in a well-sealed jar and shake well.

Drain the feta and coat with flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in enough vegetable oil until floating.

Place lettuce, spinach and radishes in a bowl and marinate with dressing. Arrange feta on top.
