Instructions:

For the banana pancakes, first sift the flour with the baking powder. Mix the butter, buttermilk, sugar and whole eggs well. Stir in the flour and baking powder.

Finally, stir cinnamon, salt and the mashed bananas into the batter and let it swell for about 15. Then heat some butter in a pan and pour about 2- 3 tablespoons of the batter into the center of the pan, spread the batter lightly and bake the pancakes for about 3- 4 minutes on each side until golden.

Gradually do the same with the remaining batter. Keep the finished pancakes warm in the preheated oven at about 50 °C. Cut the banana into slices and sprinkle with a little lemon juice.

Layer 2 – 3 pancakes on top of each other, spread some Nutella between each pancake and decorate with banana pieces on top.
