Instructions:

A bean recipe for every taste:

1. rinse the drumsticks, dry them. Place on oiled fat pan and sprinkle with salt. Stir through whipping cream and herb mixture. Coat drumsticks with it. Roast in heated kitchen oven (electric oven: 200 °C /circulating air: 175 °C /gas: level 3) for approx. 30 min.

Drain beans and pineapple, reserving pineapple juice. Remove peel from onions, cut coarsely into cubes. Caramelize sugar in a large frying pan until golden. Extinguish with 150 ml pineapple juice and vinegar while stirring. Simmer briefly over low heat until everything is dissolved together. Add onions and saute for about 5 min.

3. add tomatoes with juice and chop a little bit. Simmer for another 4-5 min. on low heat. Season with salt and pepper. Cut pineapple slices into quarters, if desired. Stir in with beans.

4. remove drumsticks. Add bean mixture to fat pan form. Stir through to loosen drippings. Place drumsticks on top. Steam everything for another 25-30 minutes. Serve and garnish. Serve with baguette.
