Make dandelion flowers and lemons in the water for 20 min. Then rest for 24 hours, and then pour the broth through a dish. Steep the liquid with the sugar for about 2.5 hours with the lid closed, until the mixture becomes viscous (always take a jelly test). Fill into jars while still hot and seal tightly.
