For Grandma’s strawberry liqueur, prepare the strawberries (wash and dry, remove the blossom end) and mash finely (fork). Squeeze the lemons and filter.

Mix the strawberry mixture with sugar, lemon juice and water (maximum 400 ml), bring to the boil once and let cool immediately. Mix the juice, vanilla pulp and grain and pour into bottles, close tightly.

Store in a cool and dark place for 3 weeks.
