Instructions:

Prepare sponge cake according to basic recipe.

Then stir QimiQ until smooth.

Then add the low-fat curd, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice and mix well.

Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mixture.

Cut the cake base in half and place the bottom half in the cake ring, spread with the cream and place the second half on top.

Place the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours to set.

For the decoration, whip the QimiQ together with the whipped cream and garnish the pot tart with rosettes of cream.
