Instructions:

Cut the well boned salmon fillet into larger cubes, salt and pepper. Cut the young onions into diagonal slices. Now put the salmon cubes alternately with the plums and young onions on skewers. Heat a little oil in a hot pan and fry the skewers until golden brown on all sides (the salmon should still be juicy and glazed on the inside).
