For the semolina pancake with vanilla softeners, bring milk to a boil in a saucepan. Season lightly with salt, pour in semolina and boil down until thick, stirring constantly. Allow to cool. Melt butter in a pan, add semolina mixture and toast until the mixture becomes drier. While doing this, crush the semolina repeatedly with a fork. Then add sugar, a pinch of vanilla sugar, raisins and some grated lemon peel and continue to roast the Schmarren until it is crispy and brown.

For the sour cherries, melt the sugar in a saucepan. Deglaze with red wine and multivitamin juice, add vanilla bean, orange peel as well as ginger and boil down liquid to half.
