The vegetable soup made in this way can be the basis for many soups and sauces.

It is also suitable for drinking, it contains a lot of organic minerals and has a very alkaline effect.

It can also be thickened with ground cereals, e.g. buckwheat, millet, etc. Thickening.

With a little bit of whipped cream refined and strongly seasoned, you get wonderful cream soups.
