Cook the tagliatelle in salted water with the olive oil until al dente. Heat the butter, add the pressed knofl and toss the tagliatelle in it. Cut the salmon into eight strips, season with salt, pepper and juice of one lemon. Heat the butter in a frying pan, toast the salmon strips on both sides.
