For the quark spread, cut the quark into small pieces and mix with the soft butter for at least 3 minutes on high speed with a hand mixer.
Add the shallot and spices, pepper a little and mix well again until you get a somewhat creamy consistency.
Preparation Tip:
This spread succeeds only with ripe Quargel - so best shortly before the expiration date! The Quargel spread tastes wonderful on crispy fresh brown bread!
