For the cakepops, beat butter with sugar until fluffy, add eggs one at a time, mix flour baking powder and cocoa and fold in alternately with the milk.
Pour into a loaf pan and bake at 175 degrees. Let cool for a day, crumble in food processor and stir in melted butter-nougat mixture.
Form walnut-sized balls and chill. Meanwhile, melt couverture and dip the sticks about 2 cm. Place the balls on top and chill.
Then dip into the chocolate coating and decorate as desired.
