For the sour cherry liqueur, pit the sour cherries and divide them in half. Then add the preparation grain, sugar, the cinnamon bark and a few cinnamon cloves and mix well.
Close the jar and leave it in the sun for 5 weeks. Add the distilled water, then filter the sour cherry liqueur and bottle.
Preparation Tip:
If the sour cherry liqueur is still too strong, additional distilled water can be added.
