For the French toast, whisk the egg and milk, and place the toast slices with both sides in the egg-milk mixture and fry in a pan with a little oil.
For the strawberry milk, mix the edberries and milk. Place on a plate, cut toasts in half and place on top of strawberry milk.
Garnish with strawberry pieces.
Preparation Tip:
The French toast can still be garnished with Nutella, bananas, nuts, etc. as desired.
