Instructions:

A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Chop the soup vegetables. Chop onion and garlic. Fry the pieces of oxtail in oil. Add prepared ingredients, fry. Extinguish with tomatoes, port and red wine, season. Cook for about 2 hours.

For the onion puree, cut the onions into cubes. Bring to a boil with wine and thyme, simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes. Season with honey, salt and pepper. Remove meat from the bone. Cut out pork net into 6 pieces (a 14 cm ø).

Spread meat and onion puree evenly on it. Close the net. Roast meat at 200 °C for 20 minutes.

Serve with roasted mushrooms and gnocchi.

Gnocchi are an Italian specialty that goes well with many meat dishes: small dumplings made from semolina or potatoes that cook in salted water. The recipe can be varied with herbs such as parsley.

Make potatoes in salted water, peel and press through. Dust with flour. Mix the egg yolks and the finely chopped parsley and add. Season with iodized salt, pepper and a little nutmeg and knead into a firm dough. Form gnocchi with two teaspoons, cook in salted water and toss in hot butter.
