For the breakfast cereals, mix the five-grain flakes, the whole-grain flakes, the chia and flax seeds, the sunflower seeds with the cinnamon, the finely chopped mango and the berries in a bowl.
Pour the coconut milk over it. Mix everything well and put it in the refrigerator overnight so that it can swell.
