Butter Cookie Vanilla Ice Cream Dream

For butter cookie vanilla ice cream dream, whip whipped cream until stiff, set aside.

Place butter cookies in a freezer bag and crumble coarsely with a rolling pin. Cut open vanilla bean and scrape out the pulp.

Squeeze condensed milk from tube into a large mixing bowl. Add butter cookie crumbs and vanilla bean pulp and mix thoroughly. Fold in whipped cream just gently with a whisk.
