Explanation: Poulet = chicken

Put the corn kernels, pineapple, chicken cutlets, ham and celery salad and the grated apple in a suitable bowl. Stir the mayo, curry powder, a few dashes of Worchestershire cognac, sauce, juice of one lemon and the coffee cream.

Mix with the remaining ingredients and let sit for 1 hour. Serve and sprinkle with toasted almond slivers.

Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
