Try this delicious pasta dish:

To begin, heat oil in frying pan and glaze onion and garlic in it’ add tomatoes with juice from can, oregano or salt, sugar, basil and pepper to frying pan. Simmer gently on low heat for 10 minutes. Coat the kangaroo meat with oil and roast in an ovenproof dish in the stove at about 200 °C.
