Cook pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente (firm to the bite). In the meantime, bring cream cheese and vegetable stock to a boil and whisk until frothy. Mix pasta into the sauce and add cheese of your choice. Toss briefly, season to taste and serve.
Preparation Tip:
The pasta dish can still be refined as desired, e.g. with asparagus pieces, with chopped herbs or with ham cubes. Shortly sautéed mushrooms also go very well with it.
