Instructions:

Cream butter, sugar and eggs until fluffy. Mix durum wheat semolina with baking powder, add to butter-sugar-egg mixture and mix well again.

Mix in salt. Add curd, lemon juice and zest. Mix well once again.

Pour the mixture into a buttered springform pan and bake for about 50 minutes at 160 °C with top and bottom heat.

Sprinkle the pot pie with sliced almonds if desired.
