Instructions:

For the pot pie, whisk uncooled QimiQ until smooth.

Add the low-fat curd, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice and mix well.

Finally, fold in the whipped cream.

Cut the cake base in half.

Place the bottom half in the cake ring, spread with cream, place the second half on top.

Allow the cake to set in the refrigerator for a few hours.

For the decoration, whip the QimiQ together with the whipped cream.

Sugar the cake a little and decorate with the whipped cream.
