For the puff pastry pies with cream cheese filling, roll up the puff pastry and cut out circles of approx. 7 cm ø. Place half of the circles on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush the edges with egg.

Cut out rings from the remaining circles (with a border of about 2 cm) and also brush them with egg, now carefully place them on the circles. Knead the remaining dough and roll out and cut out more circles or rings.

Bake the pies in the preheated oven at 200 °C for about 10 to 15 minutes.

For the filling, mix the cream cheese with mustard, salt, pepper and the chopped herbs. Fill into a piping bag and squirt onto the cooled patties. Garnish with parsley.

Preparation Tip:
