Instructions:

For the Spanish style potato salad, peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Heat the olive oil in a pan and bake the potatoes for 14 minutes until crispy.

In the meantime, remove the skin from the chorizo, cut it into cubes, and cut the Manchego into small cubes. Add to the potatoes for the last 8 minutes.
