For the turmeric paste, bring water to a boil in a stainless steel pot with the turmeric powder and cook, stirring constantly, until it becomes a paste (takes about 8 minutes).
Pour the paste into a small jar and store in the refrigerator.
Preparation Tip:
The turmeric paste can be used for example for "Golden Milk". To do this, dissolve 1 teaspoon of paste in 200 ml of milk and heat. If you want to lose weight, add a pinch of pepper.
